My Dad

Hi All,

I thought I should update you about my dad.

My mom called me just before my trip to IN and I didn't get a chance to post about that. She called and told me that my dad's surgery is postponed to Nov 14th.

She called me tonight and told me that they were pretty sure they had to cancel the surgery. My dad's blood pressure has been really wacky. Some days it's extremely high, some days it's extremely low. So far he has passed out three times. He is all bruised because of that. My dad has Parkinson's and this could be a side effect of the disease.

I really want my dad to have the surgery because he is in constant pain, some days he can't even stand up straight. BUT, I am glad that this happened, because I don't want there to be any chance for compliations at surgery time. God is so faithful. He knows what is best for us.

If you think about it, please pray for healing for my dad. He has struggled with Parkinson's for years and it just keeps getting worse. Please pray too for my mom. She has a lot on her shoulders right now.

In case you are wondering, they are saved but are not on the same level as what I am.
